3 Cheese Mostaccioli

  Although it was a  warm day, I was in the mood to make a hearty dish.  I tend to plan my meals out of what I already have in my kitchen.  Today it was ground beef.  I find that pre-grated cheeses have a funny texture {almost waxy} and don't melt well.  If you have a extra minute, buy the block of mozzarella, and grate it.  Plus, its cheaper!  Also add a cup more of the tomato sauce then the recipe calls for {or your dish will be a little dry}.  I feel that you cant have a 3 Cheese Mostaccioli Bolognese without bread.:

being itailian i love that dish great job amy, im a great cook i cook dinner every night and i enjoy it although it allot of fun cooking with a female partner is way more fun
